General
Po Pin Chau is the small island located immediately opposite the southern end of the High Island Reservoir East Dam. The climbing is located along the striking hexagonal columnar tuff (the ‘Organ Pipes’) forming the southern side of the island and the narrow zawn between the island itself and the mainland.
Access
Boat of swimming… Most likely the latter but be very careful due to tides and strong currents. Best bet is to send one person across roped up for safety and then rig a tyrolean traverse for other people and gear.

Note: This is true adventure climbing terrain and you’re pretty much on your own if anything goes wrong (with either the swimming or the climbing).
Routes
The established climbing on the Organ Pipes is located on the eastern end of the wall, to the left of the obvious descent gully (Pedal Gully). The gully itself is about Moderate in standard.
